Our policies and first time clients
We want to keep things running smoothly and make sure you feel comfortable.
If this is your first time waxing with us, we wanted to provide you with some information about how your experience will go, so you know what to expect.
Cancellations
General cancellations
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the technician's day that could have been filled by another client.
As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice or miss their appointment entirely, will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the full service booked plus a $5 gratuity (full body waxes will include a 15% gratuity) to the credit card on file.
Laser hair removal cancellations
Any laser hair removal clients who provide less than 24 hours notice or miss their appointment entirely will be charged a cancellation fee of $35/15 minutes of the booked service to the credit card on file or if a package was purchased, a session can be forfeited.
Permanent makeup cancellations
We require at least 72 hours’ notice for cancellations. If less than 72 hours’ notice is given, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee to the credit card on file.
Full body waxes & brozilians
All full body waxes and Brozilians require a credit card to book your appointment. Cancellation fees will be applied to the credit card provided only if the appointment is rescheduled or missed within 24 hours.
Kindness & respect policy
Harassment, non-compliance, or aggressive attitude related to our policy or staff will not be tolerated. We appreciate your understanding and thank you.

First Time Clients

Appointment Times
Traffic and parking can be unpredictable; we recommend arriving at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment to avoid the risk of being late. Sometimes your esthetician can even take you early! Every minute counts when appointment times are short. We always do our best but, arriving late may result in needing to reschedule or adjust your appointment or waiting for another tech to squeeze you in.

Intake Forms
We require an intake form to be completed with important skincare questions and consents. This can be accessed on your booking profile. If you run into trouble accessing your form, please feel free to call or text us.
What to expect at your first wax

We do things a little differently here to ensure quick, convenient, and affordable services, with no wait times! For body waxing, your esthetician will remain in the room with you, facing away, while you dress and undress to prevent exposure from opening doors.
